Model Lung Project
Scarecrows
The students wrapped an 18x5" rectangular batting around the toilet
paper roll. The next step is to put fluff around the toilet paper and
the batting. Then, you take your orange cloth (20x20"), and wrap it
around the toilet paper, and stuff the extra cloth into the toilet paper
hole. You tear the bottom off a paper bag. Then you roll up the bottom
part of it and stick it in the hole.
To make a spider, you take a wooden ball and paint it black. Then you
get black pipe cleaners (8) and stick them in the hole of the ball. Next you
bend the pipe cleaners down. Then you put beads on. After that you
glue the google eyes on.
