After the parts were prepared Tyler, Crystal, and Shelby allowed the marshmallows to dry and harden before assembling the sections.

Construct a tower using one sheet of paper with a 5" X 5"
(13cm X 13cm) base requirement marked, apporoximately 10.5 ounces
of small marshmallows (Kraft Miniature Marshmallows, or Jiffy) and
250 round toothpicks (Forster, or Lady Dianne ).

measured.  The height of the tower will be scored as one point per inch
(centimeter).  The tower must stand at least 10 seconds to be measured.
2.  Stability time requirement will start immediately after towers are measured.
The length of time it stands up to 60 seconds will be scored as one point per
     second.

Example of scoring:               Height    24 inches        24 points
                                             Time        46 seconds    46 points
